Above Board Home Inspections is owned and operated by Todd Henderson. Todd grew up in Fort Collins and went on to graduate from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He has been involved in various types of construction for more than 20 years, ranging from framing homes, basement finishes, and home building, to managing commercial general contracting and development projects valuing millions of dollars.

Todd is also a graduate of The ASHI School, an industry-leading home inspection program sponsored by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is fully insured with E&O and General Liability insurance.
